Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want your Claroy dash cam to earn its spot on your windshield. If you're not happy with it for any reason, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

To start a return, email support@claroy.com with your order number (or the name and email you used at checkout) and a quick note on what went wrong. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, because we can't process returns that arrive without instructions.

Before you return it

Most issues have a quick fix, such as a memory card that needs formatting or an app that needs reconnecting. If something isn't working right, email us first. A real person will help you sort it out, and if it still isn't right, we'll take care of the return.

Return conditions

  • Return the camera with its mount, power cable, and any other accessories it came with.
  • Shipping fees from your original order are not refundable.
  • Once we receive and check your return, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra business days to post it.

Damaged or defective items

If your camera arrives damaged or doesn't work out of the box, email support@claroy.com within 72 hours of delivery with a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you. A dented box with a working camera inside doesn't count as damaged. We can't replace or refund items damaged by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Cancellations

You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that it may already be in processing and we can't guarantee changes. If you cancel within 24 hours, we'll refund you within 7 business days.

Incorrect shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If it's wrong and you don't tell us within 24 hours of ordering, we can't guarantee a reship or refund.
